You can login to your account, where you will be able to check which resources you have out, when they are due, renew them if necessary, and place holds.
You may renew free items once only - as long as the item is not on hold for another patron. Chargeable items such as Hot Picks and multimedia are issued for one week, and can be renewed more than once at the same charge per week.
There are several ways you can renew items:
All lending material, with the exception of Hot Picks, can be reserved. There is a small cost for this service, which is added to your account and can be paid when you collect the reserved item. Check out our Fees and Charges page for more information.
You can place your own holds using the computers in the library, or by accessing our eLibrary catalogue from home. You can find help with your account on our My Account FAQs page. Alternatively, ask staff at any of our customer service desks to place a hold for you.
When an item is ready for you to collect, you will be notified by email or mail, and you will have 10 days to collect the item.
