Mending
We provide a high-quality book mending and covering service for the public. If you have treasured books that need repair or protection, please contact our book mender on (03) 211 7774 from 9am to 5pm weekdays. Alternatively, you can call at the Information Services desk upstairs, and ask to see the mender in person. He can assess the work and will provide an estimate of costs.
Charges start at $5.00 per item, but extra charges for large or difficult items may apply.
Disc resurfacing
We also have a disc resurfacing service. If you have a DVD or CD that does not play as well as it used to, it may need to be resurfaced. We offer this service at a cost of $2.50 per disc. For enquiries about this service, please call our A/V Librarian on (03) 211 7861, or call in at the Library and ask for him in person.
