School Visits
It's taken us a wee while to get organised but Donald, The Young adult's librarian, will be visiting High schools around Invercargill once each term this year. He started last week with a visit to Aurora College and will be visiting both Southland Girls and Verdon College this week.

Pursue 100: The big winners
Friday 27 January marked the conclusion to the 2011 - 2012 Pursue 100 reading competition with a visit from author Tania Roxborogh who held a workshop for teens who had taken part in the competition.
At the end of the day we held our prize giving. Tania assisted library staff in handing out numerous prizes including an apple iPad.
