Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week with Dear Me: A Love Letter to Myself, a free open mic poetry night at the Library.
Share up to three self-reflection letters or poems about your personal journey, self-appreciation and the things that have shaped you, or come along to listen and support others.
Everyone is welcome to take the mic, and no previous open mic experience is needed.
