Weekly programmes for adults
The Chatter

Meet new people and catch up with locals over a cuppa at the Chatter – a weekly social gathering at the library.

Justice of the Peace
📆 Monday and Wednesday 🕑 12:00pm - 1:00pm
An experienced Justice of the Peace is available twice a week in the Invercargill Public Library foyer.
Strength and balance classes
📆 Tuesday 🕑 10:30am - 11:00am
Come along to our weekly community strength and balance group.
Join us each week for an hour of directed exercises before winding down with a cuppa.
Device drop-in
📆 Wednesdays 🕑 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Come and learn how to use Press Reader, load eBooks and audio books or just use your device to access library services.
The service is free, just bring yourself and your device along.
Adult Board and Card Gaming
📆 Thursdays 🕑 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Get your game-face on! Join other board game lovers and play our newest games, as well as much loved classics.
This is a great opportunity to get out of the house, meet new people and have fun!
